My approach to therapy begins by providing a safe, trusting, non-judgmental space for individuals, couples and families to come as they are. My therapeutic framework consists of a blend of cognitive behavioral therapy, reality-based, strengths-based perspective, motivational interviewing and solution focused approaches.
