Hello there! I am a clinical social worker in New York’s Capital Region. I relocated mid-pandemic from Indiana. I strive to ensure each client feels empowered to overcome feeling “stuck” in a pattern of unhealthy behavioral patterns. To best achieve your goals, I will utilize a person centered & collaborative approach. I am a psychotherapist with the Department of Veterans Affairs. I also have over 5 years experience with mobile mental health, responding to crises alongside first responders.

My approach is based on your unique & diverse needs. I have utilized a variety of approaches ranging from- motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapies, mindfulness, and trauma informed care.
